Polycarbonate corrugated sheet

Polycarbonate (PC) corrugated sheet is made of polycarbonate (PC) engineering plastic , and added anti-UV and other chemical additives, using the most advanced technology and equipment today.The products still have the excellent performances of physical and mechanical stability and leak-proof performance while maintaining the excellent properties of traditional PC corrugated sheet  high light transmittance, heat preservation, impact resistance, UV resistance, resistance to yellowing, flame retardancy, and easy installation. This unique type of tile makes the connection denser and couldn’t occur the problem of water leakage and air leakage due to the gap between the screws.

Light Transmission  : The light transmittance can reach 0-89%, depending on the color and thickness .
Energy-saving   Low Heat transfer coefficient (K value), good heat insulation, and the energy saving of PC is 1.5-1.7 times that of the same thickness glass.
Lightweight Weight   The weight of PC is 1/15th that of the same thickness glass.
Impact Resistance & High Toughness   It is not easy to be damaged during transport installation and use; impact strength of PC is 250 times that of glass and 30 times that of organic glass.
Anti-aging   The surface of the product contains a UV-ray co-extruded layer, which has good outdoor weather resistance and maintains good optical and mechanical properties for long-term.
Wind resistance   Anti-wind pressure performance of GB/T 7106-2008 level 1.
Adaptive to large temperature difference   Long-term use temperature: minus 40°C to high temperature 120°C.
Sound insulation   The polycarbonate of the hollow structure has good sound insulation properties and can effectively reduce noise.
Flame retardant    According to the national standard GB8624-2012 ,it belongs to flame retardant class B1.
it is easy to install and it can be cold-formed.
